1. Scope of Services

• SELCTUS acts as a financial brokerage service, assisting SMEs in applying for business loans through licensed banks and financial institutions in the UAE.
• We are not a lender and do not provide direct financing or credit.

2. Eligibility and Application

• Applicants must be legally registered UAE businesses with a valid trade license.
• All applications are subject to approval by respective banks based on their credit and compliance criteria.

3. Accuracy of Information

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information and documents.
• False or misleading information may result in rejection and possible legal consequences.

4. Data Protection and Privacy

• SELCTUS complies with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection.
• All business and personal data will be shared only with authorized banks or regulatory bodies, when required.

5. Compliance with UAE Laws

• Applicants must comply with UAE Central Bank regulations including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies.
• SELCTUS reserves the right to suspend services if compliance issues arise.

6. Charges

• SELCTUS may charge a service fee for loan processing and brokerage.
• This fee will be communicated in writing and agreed upon before service commencement.
• No fees will be collected without written consent from the client.

7. No Guarantee of Approval

• SELCTUS does not guarantee loan approvals, amounts, interest rates, or tenures.
• All lending decisions are made solely by the financial institutions based on their internal criteria.

8. Limitation of Liability

• SELCTUS shall not be held liable for any loss, delay, or decision made by banks regarding your loan application.
• We act as facilitators and advisors only.

9. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate the engagement at any time via written notice.
• Any ongoing applications will be completed unless otherwise instructed.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts unless UAE law dictates otherwise.

11. Declaration

• I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms of Service.
• I authorize SELCTUS Financing Broker LLC to process and submit my SME loan application to partner financial institutions.
